Your Health Questions May Not Have Reached Me
Update: Since I posted this notice, I heard back from aol that the website causing an innappropriate ban by aol was a free angelfire site that I include in my signature line. I guess aol is tougher on free sites like angelfire, tripod, etc. so if you have one of those in your signature line and find that you are banned by aol, try removing that site and see if it stops the problem. It stopped it for me, although it's inconvenient not to be able to refer to that site since it has health and spiritual info I sometimes want to reference in an email.
If you have ever written to me with health questions and did not get a response back, it might be due to using aol to send email. Even though I am exceedingly careful never to spam, I have been banned by aol on several occasions. This last time, I received a message containing this link: error 554 and, when clicking that link, went to a page that gave me the option of filing a support request, which I did. aol did acknowledge my request for investigation, with a form letter that sounded friendly enough though giving no way to respond. One of those "please do not reply to this email" things. I do not know where that leaves me.
So, if you have alternative health questions to ask, you might want to use another email program besides aol to do it. I always answer alternative health questions and all personal emails that are sent to me so if you have not received an answer from me, try resending your request through another email service. Thanks, Neva
Positive Adjustment: Adjusting my initial reaction to being unjustly banned by aol, I am now sending good vibes to aol, and respecfully suggesting that they review their policies because, as they stand right now, communication is being hindered between people who really wish to communicate with one another.
