Symptoms of Parasites
There are a lot of parasite cleanses that expel the bag guys. Not all of em deal with the eggs, so check for that. However, it's better to have ingredients in the mix that prevent them from hanging around in the first place. Otherwise, you just have to keep getting rid of them. That's why I like products like Native Remedies Worm Dr. for natural parasite control. Worm Dr. is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In addition to having effective herbs that help expel the parasites, it contains supportive herbs to create an internal environment that the nasties just do not like.
What is in Worm Dr.?
Licorice root (Glycorrhiza glabra) - Licorice is soothing to the digestive tract, helps the bowels relax and has a positive effect on immune function.
Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) is an astringent herb that provides additional support for the digestive tract.
Marshmallow (Althea officinalis) is one of my favorite herbs for the digestive tract. Marshmallow exerts a soothing effect that is supportive for the smooth muscles and lining of the digestive system.
Worm Dr. also contains wormwood, an herb often used in antiparasitics. It's effective but it's sometimes harsh so I always look for soothing herbs in combination with it and Worm Dr. has those. Wormwood (Artemesia africana) is excellent for digestive support, and also has bitter properties that support liver and gallbladder health.
Chamomilla is another good remedy for digestive health, very soothing mucous membranes and supportive of the digestive system.
And finally, Worm Dr. contains Cina, which is a remedy traditionally used to maintain balance in the digestive system. Cina helps to keep the intestinal environment healthy. Cina leaves also contain santonin which is a natural vermicide.
